Vendor Information

Exhibit Location:  Exhibitors to set up in the Grand Ballroom area on April 7, 2009 between the hours of 5 p.m. to midnight or April 8, 2009 at 6:30 a.m. For more set up information contact Laura Crawford with phone numbers provided below.

Exhibit Hours:       Wednesday, April 8, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 9, 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.; Vendor Reception is scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday with door prize giveaways! (Prizes are donated by vendors and must be at least a $25 value). Please select an item that your company would like to donate prior to the school.  Donations will be collected on the morning of April 8 by Laura Crawford.  Only school attendees can register for the vendor door prizes.

*Several breaks have been scheduled to maximize your networking potential.

Sleeping Rooms:    $94 plus tax.  Reservations should be made directly with the Hotel at (704)527-9650 or 1(800)228-9290.  Please mention the Charlotte Regional Safety & Health School when making your reservations.

Parking:                Hotel parking available free of charge.

*Thursday, April 9, 2009, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; Vendors may break down after the last break ending at 11:00 a.m.  The Charlotte Regional Safety School will be drawing for the GRAND PRIZE between 12:00 p.m. & 12:15 p.m.  Only attendees may register for the grand door prize.

Lunch:                   All exhibitors will be eating a full lunch from 11:00 until 11:45 prior to the attendee's lunch.  Lunch and visit with vendors begins at 12:00.

Exhibit Space:        Booths are approximately 8X8 in size & are furnished with two chairs, 1 draped table, 1 electrical outlet and pipe and draping. Each vendor will be assigned a numbered booth.  Participants will be visiting your area and asking you to initial a booth layout form: (same as last year) all lines must be initialed for the participant to be eligible for the grand prize drawing

Exhibit Cost:          $350

Refunds:                No refunds unless the school is cancelled.

Activities:              Exhibitors are invited to attend all of the school functions.  Time has been made available during the school for all attendees to view exhibits.  Breaks have been designed to assure maximum exposure of exhibits to our participants.

Character:             The Charlotte Regional Safety & Health School reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit or part of an exhibit or prohibit or restrict any activity or conduct within the exhibition area which, in its opinion, is not suitable.

Liability:                The Charlotte Regional Safety & Health School will not be responsible for the safety of the exhibits damaged from theft, fire & other perils.  The exhibitor expressly assumes responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring with the exhibit space assigned to such exhibitors.
